Irish filmmaker: IIGFF6 is vital in addressing environmental challenges
An Irish filmmaker said the 6th Iran International Green Film Festival (IIGFF6) is vital in addressing the environmental challenges.
Bryony Dunn made the remarks in the second day of the week-long festival which is currently underway in Tehran.
She said more discussions should be held attended by media people to address the environmental challenges, the climate change in particular.
Dunn also called for paying due attention to the issue of green energy not only in the Middle East but across the globe.
The IIGFF6 inaugurated in Cinema Palestine in Tehran attended by several high-ranking Iranian officials and foreign cinematic people, on Sep 9, 2017.
Vice-President Masoumeh Ebtekar, Head of Department of Environment (DoE) Issa Kalantari, as well as several Iranian and foreign guests attended the inauguration ceremony of this international cultural event.
